Sonia Hare is a certified personal trainer with a background in classical ballet, modern dance, and fitness. Her 20 years of ballet training taught her how to move at a young age. She now combines her knowledge of fitness and training with her background in dance to help women feel strong and confident in their body. She is also in the process of becoming a certified integrative nutrition coach.
