Jennifer Caserta

As Chief Transformation and People Officer, Jennifer Caserta is charged with driving transformation across AMC Networks to enable its long-term growth objectives, including developing an integrated transformation vision and strategy and leveraging key areas related to people, culture and employee development. A key member of the senior leadership team, Caserta leads the company’s human resources function, encompassing employee relations, company culture, compensation and benefits.

Among her many accolades, Caserta has been named an Adweek “Person of the Moment,” a Fast Company “Who’s Next” leader, and a Multichannel News and WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) “Wonder Woman.” She is also a recipient of the NCTA Vanguard Award for Young Leadership.

Caserta currently sits on the Investments and Benefits Committee for AMC Networks as well as on the boards of RLJ Entertainment, Levity Entertainment Group, Funny or Die, and Autism Speaks. She earned her degree in media studies from Hunter College.
