Constance Shwartz-Morini

Constance Schwartz-Morini is partner and co-founder of SMAC Entertainment (Sports, Media and Culture), a multifaceted talent management, music, business development, and production company launched in 2010 alongside Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan.

Her distinguished career includes a decade working for the National Football League, where she held positions in television programming, corporate sponsorship, special events, entertainment marketing and player engagement.

After the NFL, Schwartz-Morini joined The Firm where she rose through the ranks, including creating their first strategic marketing and sponsorship division. Schwartz-Morini also led the team that oversaw Snoop Dogg’s career, where she spent nearly a decade elevating his prominence as a multi-platinum selling rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur.  She is most proud to have helped him launch the Snoop Youth Football League, which has seen dozens of kids go on to play at Division 1 colleges and universities, and over a dozen are now playing professionally in the NFL.

At SMAC, Schwartz-Morini manages a roster of top media, entertainment, and sports personalities including Erin Andrews, three Pro Football Hall of Famers: Michael Strahan, Tony Gonzalez, and Deion Sanders, as well as Curt Menefee, Brian Orakpo, Michael Griffin and Wiz Khalifa.

Schwartz-Morini is the engineer behind Michael Strahan transitioning his career from a Super Bowl Champion to an Emmy-winner, entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author, and one of America’s top media personalities today.

Schwartz-Morini established Michael Strahan’s top-selling clothing and accessories line, Collection by Michael Strahan. Based on the success of the line, SMAC launched the men’s athleisure line, MSX by Michael Strahan in May 2016 as well as new luggage and denim lines. Schwartz-Morini is the architect behind Strahan’s rapidly expanding empire which serves as a blueprint for athletes and media personalities crossing over to entrepreneurs.

Schwartz-Morini oversees numerous scripted and unscripted projects set up with primetime cable and broadcast networks. In collaboration with Sony Pictures Television, Schwartz produces ABC’s highly rated “$100,000 Pyramid” and is currently developing additional primetime programming for the network. Additionally, she produced HBO’s “State of Play: Happiness,” Showtime’s “Play it Forward,” TNT’s “Snoop Dogg Presents The Joker’s Wild,” and the highly rated and critically acclaimed Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards for the past five years.

Schwartz recently orchestrated the launch of Erin Andrews sportswear collection called WEAR by Erin Andrews.

Schwartz is a longtime participant of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and is on the board of Merging Vets and Players.  Schwartz is based in Los Angeles and New York City.
