Nancy Josephson
Nancy Josephson is a partner at WME, with clients in the agency’s television, motion picture literary and talent departments. Her clients include Paul Attanasio (executive producer of “House” and creator of “Bull”), Yvette Lee Bowser (executive producer of “Dear White People”), Yvette Lee Bowser (creator of “Living Single” and executive producer of “Dear White People”), David Crane (co-creator and executive producer of “Friends” and “Episodes”), Marta Kauffman (co-creator and executive producer of “Friends” and creator of “Grace and Frankie”), Jeffrey Klarik (co-creator and executive producer of “Episodes”), Priyanka Chopra, Joan Cusack, Cat Deeley, Jenna Elfman, David Frankel (director of “Marley and Me” and “The Devil Wears Prada”), Craig Ferguson, Anjelica Huston, Ricki Lake, Mark Levin and Jennifer Flackett (co creators and executive producers of “Big Mouth”), Padma Lakshmi, Mario Lopez, Rosie O’Donnell, Niecy Nash, Giuliana Rancic among others.
Josephson spent 20 years as an agent at International Creative Management, where she served in various capacities including co-president of the agency. She was the first woman to be named president at a major Hollywood talent agency. She also served as the head of the agency’s television department during her tenure there. Prior to joining ICM, Josephson served as an entertainment industry attorney for four years. Josephson joined Endeavor as a partner in 2006.
Josephson has contributed significantly to the industry and community through her service to various non-profit organizations. She was first female president of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society and is on the President’s committee of BrownConnect at Brown University. She was the first non-writer to join the board of the WGA Foundation and is on the board of the WME Foundation. She is also a mentor/Big Sister to a young woman from Boyle Heights through Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles. She is on the Executive Committee of Times Up Entertainment and is on the Advisory Board for the Wrap Power Women Summit.
She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her juris doctorate from Harvard University. Josephson is married to television producer Larry Sanitsky and has three children.
