Alfred Hsing

Alfred Hsing is an actor, martial artist, and stunt coordinator. He is the only American male to win a gold medal at the World Wushu Championships. After graduating from UCLA and working in finance at KPMG, he decided to put his career aside to focus on competing for the US national wushu team. In 2009 he won America’s first gold medal in wushu at the World Championships. Soon after, he landed a job working for Jet Li in China and would later go on to work with the Jackie Chan stunt team. He recently stunt coordinated and 2nd unit directed a 40+ episode TV series in Shenzhen, China. He has worked on films like Ready Player One, HBO’s Silicon Valley, and Ip Man 3 which featured a fight between Donnie Yen and Mike Tyson. Outside of stunt work, Alfred loves food and is an avid Yelper. He is part owner in a Spanish restaurant in Highland Park called Otono.
